▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-based three-dimensional fiber paper comprises nonwoven fabric substrate is adhered with a porous graphene composite material, where the porous graphene having a surface modified with a metal ion and the pore size of porous graphene is 100 nm to 1 mu m. USE - The graphene-based three-dimensional fiber paper is useful for oil-water separation. ADVANTAGE - The paper has a good ability to remove oil on the water surface and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the paper, comprising (i) dispersing pretreated pretreatment liquid oxide in a deionized water and centrifuged to form a precursor liquid, mixing precursor solution with the chloroacetic acid and metal ion salt solution to form a mixed solution, and hydrothermally reacting mixed solution to obtain a graphene composite material modified by metal ions and ultrasonically dispersing graphene composite material modified by metal ions in deionized water to obtain a graphene dispersion modified by metal ions, (ii) preparing a zinc oxide seed layer on a non-woven fabric by radio frequency magnetron sputtering, and synthesizing zinc oxide nano-array on the woven fabric by a chemical water bath method to form a nonwoven fabric substrate having a zinc oxide nano-array, (iii) placing metal ion-modified graphene dispersion in a suction filtration system, placing non-woven substrate with zinc oxide nano-array on the top of the filter paper, attaching metal ion-modified graphene to the gap between the zinc oxide nano-arrays by vacuum filtration, and coating with zinc oxide column, obtaining graphene fiber paper and filter paper with zinc oxide nano-array template, peeling off the filter paper and etching zinc oxide nano-arrays on graphene fiber paper by acetic acid.
