NOVELTY - Preparing ultra-smooth graphene molar structure coating, comprises mixing the graphene powder with the grinding beads in the planetary ball mill according to the weight ratio of 1:50-120, ball milling to obtain graphene molar structure film, where the graphene molar structure film is in parallel contact through the sheets, and the rotation angle between the slices is 15-45degrees, presenting incommensurate contact state to produce mol fringes, forming a friction compatibility pair by the graphene molar structure film and the hydrogen-containing carbon film in different environments under the conditions of 1-20 N load, 0.05-30 cm/s velocity range, and 0.28-3 mm2 contact area, affecting the sp3-bonded carbon in the graphene molar structure film by frictional heat and shear stress with a shift between the layers towards in-plane chemical bonds, resulting in an intra-layer defect-free ultra-smooth graphene coating. USE - Preparing ultra-smooth graphene molar structure coating used in material technology and friction field. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, green, and has high efficiency. The obtained coating has stable graphene mol structure, and the friction coefficient is low to 0.006. The sheet surface of the graphene sheet-shaped powder is randomly rolled between the beads, by the ability of graphene sheet orientation arrangement. The graphene sheet coated ball surface generates stable contact the graphene material friction anisotropy to realize the solid super-sliding.
