NOVELTY - Preparing titanium dioxide-graphene oxide composite modified Spandex (synthetic fiber)comprises (i) dissolving diisocyanate and polytetramethylene ether glycol in an organic solvent and performing polymerization reaction to obtain a prepolymer, or carrying out prepolymerization reaction of diisocyanate and polytetramethylene ether glycol to obtain prepolymer and adding organic solvent to dissolve, (ii) adding mixed amine composed of a chain extender and a terminator to the prepolymer solution to carry out chain extension and termination reactions, (iii) adding an additive containing a titanium dioxide-graphene oxide composite adaptor to the polymer solution, completing the preparation of the Spandex (synthetic fiber) polymer solution, and controlling the temperature range of the storage material to be 50-70degreesC, and (iv) spinning the polymer solution to obtain titanium dioxide-graphene oxide composite modified spandex. USE - The method is useful for preparing titanium dioxide-graphene oxide composite modified spandex. ADVANTAGE - The Spandex (synthetic fiber) reduces the viscosity of the stock solution and adjust the number of active groups in the polymer to increase the compatibility with the titanium dioxide graphene oxide system, and has great improvement in mechanical properties, electrical conductivity, antibacterial properties and cohesion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing titanium dioxide-graphene oxide composite modified spandex comprises (i) dissolving diisocyanate and polytetramethylene ether glycol in an organic solvent and performing polymerization reaction to obtain a prepolymer, or carrying out prepolymerization reaction of diisocyanate and polytetramethylene ether glycol to obtain prepolymer and adding organic solvent to dissolve, (ii) adding mixed amine composed of a chain extender and a terminator to the prepolymer solution to carry out chain extension and termination reactions, (iii) adding an additive containing a titanium dioxide-graphene oxide composite adaptor to the polymer solution, completing the preparation of the Spandex (synthetic fiber) polymer solution, and controlling the temperature range of the storage material to be 50-70degreesC, (iv) spinning the polymer solution to obtain titanium dioxide-graphene oxide composite modified spandex, the preparation method of the titanium dioxide-graphene oxide composite adaptor is: performing regular sheet treatment on the graphene to obtain lamellar graphene with a particle size distribution of more than 50% in the range of 3-15 microm, lamellar graphene with 3-7 layers of graphene sheets and a grain size of 3-20 microm, subjecting the graphene sheet to thermal insulation treatment in an aerobic environment for 1-3 hours so that the boundary of the graphene sheet is grafted with hydroxy groups, adding a strong oxidant containing a tertiary amine group to the product, grafting the graphene boundary with oxygen-containing active groups, so that the graphene carbon content is 92-95%, and a graphene oxide intermediate is obtained, dispersing graphene oxide intermediate in the titanium dioxide (TiO2) sol in the oxygen environment, stirring at 120-150degrees Celsius, ensuring TiO2 sol and graphene oxide exchange completely to obtain titanium dioxide-intercalated graphene oxide dispersion, filtering the titanium dioxide-intercalated graphene oxide dispersion liquid, washing, drying to obtain titanium dioxide-graphene oxide composite aptamer powder, sealing and storing, obtain the titanium dioxide-graphene oxide composite aptamer powder using organic solvent prepared into titanium dioxide-graphene oxide composite aptamer. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for titanium dioxide-graphene oxide composite modified Spandex (synthetic fiber) prepared according to above mentioned method.
