▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Invention can be used in the production of electric heating apparatus, catalysts, heat exchangers, and filters. Method for producing articles from conductive graphene-containing ceramics includes dry-mixing colloidal graphite with kaolinite filler, further moistening the resulting mixture, homogenising in conditions of evacuation and cyclic uniform compression in a power mechanochemical reactor, degassing the mass, moulding the articles, drying and conducting heat treatment. Two-stage mechanochemical intercalation synthesis (MIS) is conducted herein. At the first stage of MIS, the dry mixture of colloidal graphite with kaolinite is processed in conditions of wall friction in a centrifugal mechanochemical reactor with an offset rotor axis relative to the geometric centre of the inner cavity of the reactor, while ensuring a linear flow speed of at least 70 m/s on the friction surface and a self-heating temperature of at least 50°C in the flow mode and at least 90°C in the closed mode. After moistening at the second stage of MIS, the resulting mass is then subjected to cyclic power mechanochemical intercalation in the power mechanochemical reactor at a pressure of at least 80 kgf/cm2 in a vacuum volume for at least 5 minutes. The compression and further mass relaxation cycles herein are at least 10 s. Heat treatment is conducted in the 950°C to 1,050°C temperature range in an oxygen-free environment. The rate of temperature rise is 120°C/h while holding for at least 0.5 h. USE - Ceramics. ADVANTAGE - Possibility of increasing the reproducibility of electrical characteristics of the articles made of conductive graphene-containing ceramics. 10 cl, 6 dwg, 1 ex
