NOVELTY - Low-cost graphene oxide concrete comprises 336 pts. wt. cement, 168 pts. wt. water, 626 pts. wt. natural river sand, 1270 pts. wt. coarse aggregate, 5.72 pts. wt. polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent, and 8.375-16.75 pts. wt. graphene nano oxide solution with graphene oxide nanosheet solid content of 1.6%, in which graphene oxide nanosheet has thickness of 0.5-2 nm, diameter of 2-8 mu m, and purity of greater than 99%. The surface of graphene oxide nanosheet has large oxygen groups, good hydrophilicity, and is non-conductive. USE - Low-cost graphene oxide concrete. ADVANTAGE - The low-cost graphene oxide concrete has improved strength that meets strength requirement, and has low price (i.e. has price equivalent to one-half of price of similar products prepared by other technologies). It has performance reduced by 21% as compared with daily ordinary concrete design and preparation, thus conducive to environmental protection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of low-cost graphene oxide concrete by adding 5.72 pts. wt. polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent to 168 pts. wt. water; uniformly stirring for 90 seconds to obtain solution A; adding 8.375-16.75 pts. wt. graphene oxide solution to solution A; uniformly stirring for 90 seconds to obtain solution B; sequentially adding 336 pts. wt. cement, 626 pts. wt. sand and solution B into mixer; uniformly stirring for 120 seconds at 2.5 m/s; adding 1270 pts. wt. coarse aggregate; uniformly stirring for 150 seconds at 1.5 m/s; discharging to obtain graphene oxide concrete mixture; pouring graphene oxide concrete mixture into mold; filling for 2 times at one half mold each time; shaking on vibrating table while taking pulp each time to avoid over-vibration to obtain graphene oxide concrete cast; and subjecting to oxidation.
