NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide assisted ultra-precision using electroforming demolding comprises (i) adding water to electroforming tank, adding nickel sulfate hexahydrate, nickel chloride, and water to container, adding boric acid and boiling, adding sodium dodecyl sulfate, dissolution, pouring into electroforming tank, adding saccharin and 1,4-butynediol to electroforming tank, and filling electroforming tank with water to adjust pH value, adding nickel sulfate hexahydrate, nickel chloride, boric acid, sodium lauryl sulfate, saccharin and 1,4-butynediol, (ii) adding pure water in container, adding graphene oxide dispersion liquid and fluorocarbon surfactant successively, and supersonically mixing, and (iii) adding anode nickel plate into anode basket and connect to anode, installing cathode mold on spin coater, taking configured graphene oxide dispersion on surface of cathode mold, and adding cathode into casting tank for electroforming, and cathode demolding. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide assisted ultra-precision using electroforming demolding. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide assisted ultra-precision using electroforming demolding comprises (i) adding water to a electroforming tank, then adding nickel sulfate hexahydrate and nickel chloride in sequence, adding water to the container, adding boric acid and boiling, adding sodium dodecyl sulfate, dissolution, pouring into the electroforming tank, adding saccharin and 1,4-butynediol to the electroforming tank, and filling the electroforming tank with water to adjust the pH value to 4.8-5, adding nickel sulfate hexahydrate, nickel chloride, boric acid, sodium lauryl sulfate, saccharin and 1,4-butynediol according to the mass ratio of 6000-12000:600-1400:600-1500:1-20:2-20:4-10, (ii) adding pure water in the container, adding graphene oxide dispersion liquid and fluorocarbon surfactant successively, and supersonically mixing, and (iii) adding the anode nickel plate into the anode basket and connect to the anode, installing the cathode mold on the spin coater, taking the configured graphene oxide dispersion on the surface of the cathode mold, and adding the cathode into the casting tank for electroforming, and cathode demolding.
