NOVELTY - Preparing graphene fiber involves adding graphene masterbatch with a titanium dioxide content of 2.79 wt.% into a dryer for drying, adding recycled semi-dull PET chips to the crystallization drying system for pre-crystallization and drying, where the drying temperature of graphene masterbatch is 80 degrees C, and the drying wind pressure is 0.1 megaPascal. The crystallization temperature of recycled semi-dull PET chips is 158 degrees C, the drying temperature is 160 degrees C, and the drying wind pressure is 0.08 megaPascal. The dried graphene masterbatch and the pre-crystallized and dried regenerated semi-dull PET chips are transported to the masterbatch machine according to the required ratio for blending to obtain a premix. USE - Method for preparing graphene fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene fiber has high production efficiency, graphite fiber produced, good bacteriostatic and far infrared function, in simple manner. The premix is delivered to the screw extruder for heating and melting to obtain the spinning melt, where the spinning melt is sent to the spinning box, measured by the metering pump, and pressed into the spinning assembly for spinning to obtain nascent tow. The nascent tow is subjected to post-heating, circulating air cooling, and bundling oiling treatment, pre-networking, drafting and shaping, and winding forming treatment are performed through a drafting and winding device to obtain final product.
