NOVELTY - Preparing low-temperature-resistant and anti-cracking aqueous paint has adding modified silicon dioxide into deionized water, dispersing under ultrasonic disperser, taking modified silicon dioxide and adding emulsified silicone oil to resulting the solution, mixing and stirring in a centrifugal mixer for 10-30 minutes, uniformly mixing graphene and butadiene rubber and then adding into the resulting solution, and adding polyethylene again after stirring, continuously adding fillers, then adding wetting agent, leveling agent and co-solvent to the resulting mixed solution, and performing ultrasonic vibration in the ultrasonic oscillator for 60-90 minutes, so that the additives and uniformly mixing, and adding the film-forming auxiliary agent and the ammonia solution between 8-9 to the mixed solution and using a high-speed mixer, stirring and mixing, when the viscosity of the mixed solution reaches 90-100 KU to obtain low-temperature-resistant and anti-cracking aqueous paint. USE - The paint is useful in building coating. ADVANTAGE - The paint has excellent crack resistance and property and corrosion resistance, high tentative and antifoaming performance at low temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing low-temperature-resistant and anti-cracking aqueous paint comprises (i) adding modified silicon dioxide into deionized water, dispersing under ultrasonic disperser, adding 20-25 wt.% ammonium polyphosphate gel of modified silica quality and placing in deionized water, adding small amount of dispersant and defoamer to the mixed solution, shaking and dispersing again under the ultrasonic disperser for 1-3 hours, (ii) adding modified polyurethane emulsion in the mixed solution of step (i), and using high-speed stirrer, and stirring at a high speed, fully stirring the modified polyurethane emulsion with the mixed solution of step (i), so that it can be completely and uniformly dispersing in the mixed solution, (iii) taking 5-10 wt.% modified silicon dioxide and adding emulsified silicone oil to the solution obtained in the step (ii), mixing and stirring in a centrifugal mixer for 10-30 minutes, (iv) are uniformly mixing graphene and butadiene rubber and then adding into the solution obtained in the step (iii), and adding polyethylene again after stirring, (v) continuously adding fillers on the basis of step (iv), then adding wetting agent, leveling agent and co-solvent to the mixed solution obtained in the step (iv), and performing ultrasonic vibration in the ultrasonic oscillator for 60-90 minutes, so that the additives and uniformly mixing, and (vi) adding the film-forming auxiliary agent and the ammonia solution between 8-9 to the mixed solution obtained in step (v) and using a high-speed mixer, stirring and mixing, when the viscosity of the mixed solution reaches 90-100 KU to obtain low-temperature-resistant and anti-cracking aqueous paint. The low-temperature-resistant and anti-cracking aqueous paint comprises filler, film-forming auxiliary agent, ammonium polyphosphate, deionized water, modified silica, graphene, polyethylene, butadiene rubber, ammonia solution, defoamer, dispersant, emulsified silicone oil, wetting agent, leveling agent and co-solvent.
