▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/nano twin crystal composite having tissue controllable comprises (i) arranging a composite deposition liquid of metal-based graphene, and (ii) subjecting the composite deposition liquid of the metal-based graphene deposited in the step (i) to direct current electrodeposition in an external magnetic field, where the preparation method is electrodeposition method in external magnetic field environment. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/nano twin crystal composite having tissue controllable. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has microstructures, which are suitable for communications engineering, heat exchange devices, and conductive wires. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for tissue controllable graphene/nano twin composite material, comprising (Dx, Gry), where y= 0.05-0.2, x = 1-y, D is copper, nickel, iron or zinc, and Gr is graphene. The composite material has tunable high-density nano twin crystals, and the nano-crystal volume percentage is 5-40%, and the graphene is distributed on the twin layer wafer in a volume percentage of 5-20%.
