▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/silicon composite involves mixing and stirring graphene oxide or biomass graphene, and silicon source in a non-neutral environment, dispersing in a solvent to obtain a graphene/silicon composite dispersion, freezing and drying the composite dispersion. USE - Preparation of graphene/silicon composite used for preparing graphene/silicon/polyacrylonitrile composite fiber (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The process provides graphene/silicon/polyacrylonitrile composite fiber which has excellent mechanical properties, thermal stability, and antibacterial property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene/silicon/polyacrylonitrile composite fiber, which has tensile strength of more than 2.2 GPa, tensile modulus of more than 100 GPa, and thermal decomposition temperature of 350-430 degrees C in nitrogen atmosphere; and (2) preparation of graphene/silicon/polyacrylonitrile composite fiber, which involves using graphene/silicon composite and polyacrylonitrile.
