The obtained plastic hollow board blank enters the cooling table for cooling treatment at 35-45 degrees C for 3-6 minutes. The cooled plastic hollow slab is drawn between the rubber rollers of the traction machine. USE - Method for preparing polypropylene hollow board. ADVANTAGE - The method effectively reduces cost of the filler in the raw material of the hollow board, enhances the strength of the PP hollow board, effectively improves strength of the PP hollow board by adding a small amount of nano silicon nitride modified by the coupling agent as the strength regulator, has high-strength PP hollow boards, and effectively utilizes discarded refractory materials, which is beneficial to saving resources.
