NOVELTY - Aqueous conductive heating ink includes 10-20 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic emulsion, 20-30 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 3-5 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 3-5 pts. wt. graphite Olefin, 0.5-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-2 pts. wt. thickener, 0.5-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 20-30 pts. wt. water and 20-30 pts. wt. alcohol. USE - Aqueous conductive heating ink. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous conductive heating ink helps in improving conductivity, rub resistance and adhesion of ink; have lower resistivity, high electrothermal conversion efficiency, where infrared radiation is effectively excited. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing aqueous conductive heat-generating ink, which involves: (A) weighing components of aqueous conductive heating ink, 10-20 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic emulsion, 20-30 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 3-5 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-2 pts. wt. thickener, 0.5-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 20-30 pts. wt. water, and 20-30 pts. wt. alcohol; and (B) mixing components of aqueous conductive heat-generating ink, dispersing in 16 kilowatt (KW) disperser for 0.5-2 hours, and setting speed of 16 KW disperser to 800-1200 rotation/minute.
