NOVELTY - Ink comprises 50-70 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 10-15 pts. wt. hydroxy acrylic resin, 30-40 pts. wt. toner, 5-8 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, 5-10 pts. wt. filler, 60-80 pts. wt. solvent, where the filler comprising a two-dimensional structure material, the two-dimensional structure material comprising molybdenum disulfide, graphene, the polyurethane resin comprising a hard segment monomer and a soft segment monomer, the hard segment monomer comprising glycerol monooleate, the soft segment monomer comprising a secondary hydroxy-containing polyester polyol. USE - The ink is useful for solvent-free composite printing (claimed), and in printing industry. ADVANTAGE - The ink: has high adhesion; is not easy to peel off, falling; has good wear resistance, and improved compatibility between the ink and the agglomerant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing ink for solvent-free composite printing.
