▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A flexible electroconductive graphene film comprises insulating layer and electroconductive layer, sequentially laminated on metal substrate. The material of metal substrate contains stainless steel or copper. The material of insulating layer contains metal oxide or nitride. The material of electroconductive layer contains graphene and/or metal particles chosen from gold, molybdenum, silver and copper. The thickness of metal substrate, insulating layer and electroconductive layer is 20-100 mu m, 1-5 mu m and 20-100 mu m, respectively. USE - Flexible electroconductive graphene film is used for manufacturing solar cell device and organic light emitting diode device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flexible electroconductive graphene film has high elctroconductivity, light transmittance and heat conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of flexible electroconductive graphene film.
