NOVELTY - A high-quality aqueous paint is prepared by using 50-60 pts. wt. aqueous polycarbonate polyurethane, 10-15 pts. wt. reinforcing fillers, 20-30 pts. wt. deionized water, 3-5 pts. wt. film-forming aids, 1-3 pts. wt. defoamers, and 2-6 pts. wt. leveling agents, adding deionized water and film forming aids into stirred tank, stirring at 300-500 rpm for 20-30 minutes, adding aqueous polycarbonate polyurethane, stirring for 1-1.5 hours, obtaining mixture (A), adding the mixture (A), defoamer, and leveling agent into stirred tank, stirring at 800-1000 rpm for 1-1.5 hours, obtaining mixture (B), adding the mixture (B) and reinforcing filler into stirring tank, and ultrasonically processing at 8-10 MHz for 30-50 minutes. USE - High-quality aqueous paint for wickerwork products. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous paint uses reinforcing filler which can enhance the scratch resistance and increase the service life of the aqueous paint.
