NOVELTY - A graphene suspension solution and its preparation method, whose method comprises the dispersion solution preparation step, the addition step, the peeling step, and the separation step. The dispersion solution preparation step is to prepare the dispersion solution with the surface tension of 35 to 55mJ/m less than SP greater than 2 less than /SP greater than . The addition step is to add the graphite powder material into the dispersion solution to obtain the graphite mixing solution with the concentration of 0.01 to 5 g/L. The peeling step is to separate the graphite powder material into the single-layer graphene by the mechanical force, wherein the peeled single-layer graphene is suspended into the dispersion solution to form the preliminary suspension solution. The separation step is to make the preliminary suspension solution centrifugal to separate the part unable to be peeled off from the preliminary suspension solution to obtain the graphene suspension solution with the surface potential greater than 30mV or smaller than -30mV. By controlling the surface tension, the single-layer graphene can be made to suspend and disperse into the solution, which overcomes the problem from prior art in which the single-layer graphene aggregates.
