▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves depositing a metal compound precursor containing metal, metal sulfur, and metal selenium on a back electrode layer. A selenization heat treatment process is performed on the metal composite precursor at a first heat treatment temperature range. A texture is formed on a surface of a light absorption layer. The metal compound is selected from a group consisting of copper, zinc, tin, copper tin, and copper zinc. A heat treatment jig system is made of a carbon-based material selected from graphite and graphene, where the metal compound comprises 0.05-0.5 g of sugar. A second heat treatment is performed at 420-440 degree Celsius. USE - Method for manufacturing light absorption layer of solar cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and economical, and prevents volatilization of zinc by blocking heat loss in selenization process by using a jig and a holder made of graphite.
