▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Toluene diisocyanate composite material comprises 55-70 pts. wt. toluene diisocyanate, 4-9 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 10-15 pts. wt. polyacrylate, 5-12 pts. wt. acrylic acid and 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, absolute ethanol and distilled water. USE - The toluene diisocyanate composite material is used as an adhesive for a touch display screen (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The toluene diisocyanate composite material effectively fits liquid crystal glass and touch film, does not produce Newton's rings, rainbow spots, water ripples, rainbow particles and many other phenomena that affect the display effect, is attached to many transparent substrate materials e.g. glass, polycarbonates (PC), polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), polyimides (PI) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and has water-soluble and environmentally friendly materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the toluene diisocyanate composite material, comprising (i) adding distilled water into the container, heating to 40-60degrees Celsius, adding hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, stirring at 40-60degrees Celsius to completely dissolve the hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, obtaining transparent mixture liquid, continuously heating to 40-60degrees Celsius for 1-5 hours, (ii) cooling the transparent mixed liquid at room temperature to obtain cooled mixed liquid 1, (iii) adding acrylic acid and silane coupling agent into the mixed solution 1, and stirring evenly to obtain mixed solution 2, (iv) adding the mixed solution of toluene diisocyanate and alcohol into the mixed solution 2, placing in mixer, and stirring evenly to obtain mixed solution 3, and (v) detecting the surface tension of the mixed solution using the water drop angle test to ensure that the water drop angle of the solution is 45-165degrees, if it is not in this range, adjusting until the surface tension of the liquid meets the requirements using the method of distilling excess water or adding distilled water; and (2) touch display screen, comprising glass layer, touch film and liquid crystal glass from up to down in turn, and bonded by adhesive, where the adhesive is the toluene diisocyanate composite material.
