NOVELTY - Preparing graphene conductive composite fiber by: adding 3-amino propyl triethoxysilane and ethanol sequentially to distilled water, adjusting the temperature to 55℃, stirring for 15 minutes, adding graphene, performing ultrasonic treatment for 30-40 minutes to obtain a mixed suspension; performing high speed centrifugal treatment, filtering to obtain reactant; washing and drying to obtain modified graphene; mixing modified graphene with oxidizing liquid, carrying out oxidation treatment to obtain the modified oxidation graphene; dispersing modified oxidized graphene in ethyl acetate to prepare a modified graphene dispersion liquid; adding acrylic acid, modified rosin to ethyl acetate, preparing acrylic acid mixed solution; adding modified graphene dispersion liquid into acrylic acid mixed solution, stirring to obtain spinning stock solution; extruding stock solution, spraying thin stream of stock solution through needle into a coagulation bath, and precipitating. USE - Preparation graphene of conductive composite fiber used in special occasion in antistatic clothes or electromagnetic radiation-proof clothes. Uses include but are not limited to electric heating and anti-electromagnetic radiation function. ADVANTAGE - The conductive composite fiber prepared by the method has excellent conductivity and mechanical property, has high conductivity, fiber strength, and average conductivity of more than 6 S/cm.
