NOVELTY - Preparing aqueous-based epoxy resin composite coating, comprises e.g. (i) pouring 20-38 pts. wt. aqueous-based epoxy resin, 3-7 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.8-1.6 pts. wt. light calcium carbonate, 1.4-2.7 pts. wt. gas phase nano-silicon dioxide (SiO2) into reactor A, heating, and adding 2.1-2.9 pts. wt. aqueous-based defoaming agent and 2.1-3.4 pts. wt. toughening agent, (ii) preparing modified graphene oxide, (iii) adding 1.3-6.4 pts. wt. modified oxide graphene, stirring to obtain aqueous-based epoxy resin composite coating, (iv) preparing flash rust inhibitor, (v) pouring the aqueous-based epoxy resin composite coating into mixing roller machine, and placing 4.8-10.9 pts. wt. flash rust inhibitor in the feeding box of the mixing roller machine in advance to obtain final product, (vi) slowly pouring the aqueous-based epoxy resin composite coating into screening machine, and (vii) filling the prepared aqueous-based epoxy resin composite coating into barrels. USE - The method is useful for preparing aqueous-based epoxy resin composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The method has excellent raw material ratio, improves the efficiency of raw material mixing, reduces the probability of particulate substance generation, and improves preparation purity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing aqueous-based epoxy resin composite coating, comprises (i) pouring 20-38 pts. wt. aqueous-based epoxy resin, 3-7 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.8-1.6 pts. wt. light calcium carbonate, 1.4-2.7 pts. wt. gas phase nano-silicon dioxide (SiO2) into reactor A, heating for 0.5-2 hours, stirring mechanically for 10 minutes, continuously adding 2.1-2.9 pts. wt. aqueous-based defoaming agent, 1.6-2.6 pts. wt. aqueous-based dispersant, and 2.1-3.4 pts. wt. toughening agent, and continuously stirring mechanically for 10-80 minutes, (ii) preparing modified graphene oxide, (iii) adding 1.3-6.4 pts. wt. modified oxide graphene, continuously stirring, then adding 2.2-3.6 pts. wt. adhesion promoter, 1.6-2.5 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent, and 1.6-2.1 pts. wt. aqueous-based flatting agent, and then stirring mechanically for 0.5-1.5 hours to obtain aqueous-based epoxy resin composite coating, (iv) preparing flash rust inhibitor, (v) pouring the aqueous-based epoxy resin composite coating into mixing roller machine, placing 4.8-10.9 pts. wt. flash rust inhibitor in the feeding box of the mixing roller machine in advance, starting the mixing roller machine, repeatedly rolling the aqueous-based epoxy resin composite coating for 5-10 minutes, opening the feeding port of the feeding box while rolling, where the time for 4.8-10.9 pts. wt. flash rust inhibitor to slowly falling into aqueous-based epoxy resin composite coating time is 3-5 minutes to obtain final product, (vi) slowly pouring the aqueous-based epoxy resin composite coating into screening machine, and then screening and recycling the solid in the aqueous-based epoxy resin composite coating, and (vii) quantitatively filling the prepared aqueous-based epoxy resin composite coating into barrels.
