▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A composite comprises particles of metal or metal alloy and particles of graphene. At least one of particles of the metal or metal alloy are coated with at least one particles of graphene. USE - Composite used for forming thermal management component (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to bearings, cutting tools, heat sink, base plate, cooling fin for cooling high power electronic component such as insulated gate bipolar transistor module, electronic enclosure components, axial fan housings, and electric current conductors such as busbar and wires. ADVANTAGE - The composite is lightweight and has increased current carrying capacity, reduced losses, and low operating temperature, low surface dry friction, and high thermal conductivity, and reduces costs of the cable or busbar. The composite material has minimized amount of uncoated metal or metal alloy particles, and graphene particles. The heat sink has low thermal resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of the composite; and (2) thermal management component, which comprises a composite component comprising the composite.
