NOVELTY - A graphene steam turbine oil with high anti-wear strength repair comprises base oil and additives comprising graphene/serpentine/lanthanum nitrate complex, antioxidant, dispersant and emulsifier. USE - Graphene steam turbine oil with high anti-wear strength repair. ADVANTAGE - The turbine oil has prolonged service life, and can reduce the friction coefficient by 52%, and wear scar diameter by 49.5% and also protect the bearings of the steam turbine, and extends the effective working time of the steam turbine, thereby reducing the losses caused by shutdown and overhauling. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene steam turbine oil with high anti-wear strength repair, which involves adding citric acid and lanthanum nitrate to deionized water, stirring at 75-85 degrees C, preferably 80 degrees C adding graphene and serpentine, stirring for 1.5-2.5 hours, preferably 2 hours until mixture becomes light blue, heating to 95-105 degrees C, preferably 100 degrees C to evaporate water, raising temperature to 290-310 degrees C, preferably 300 degrees C, calcining at 550-650 degrees C, preferably 600 degrees C for 3-6 hours to obtain graphene/serpentine/lanthanum nitrate complex, adding graphene/serpentine/lanthanum nitrate complex, antioxidant, dispersant and emulsifier to base oil in different proportions, ultrasonically dispersing for 20-40 minutes, preferably 30 minutes and stirring.
