NOVELTY - Aqueous railroad track fastener sealing coating comprises 40-50 wt.% aqueous acrylic resin emulsion, 20-25 wt.% water, 10-20 wt.% titanium dioxide, 8-15 wt.% filler, 0.2-0.5 wt.% graphene, 1-3 wt.% glycol ether, 2-5 wt.% dipropylene glycol butyl ether, 3-5 wt.% amino resin, 0.5-1.5 wt.% dispersant, 0.1-0.5 wt.% defoamer, 0.1-0.5 wt.% leveling agent, 0.1-0.5 wt.% thickener and 0.1-0.3 wt.% pH adjuster. USE - Used as aqueous railroad track fastener sealing coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: utilizes environmentally friendly solvent as water; has volatile solvents content of 5%, which is far less than the 200 g/l limit of national environmental protection standards; utilizes appropriate components and proportions which improves coating performance; has hardness of more than 2H compare to exciting (-\1H) and salt spray resistance time of 1500 hours compare to existing (500 hours). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aqueous railroad track fastener sealing coating, comprising dispersing and grinding titanium dioxide, filler and dispersant into color paste, mixing with water and aqueous acrylic resin emulsion, stirring uniformly, then adding pH adjuster to adjust pH, and adding amino resin, glycol ether, diethylene glycol butyl ether, stirring uniformly, adding prepared color paste, defoamer, leveling agent, and graphene to disperse and stirring, testing and adjusting pH to 8-9, and adding thickener to adjust viscosity KU to 90-100, filtering and packaging to obtain product.
