NOVELTY - Method for preparing a light-cured printed cemented carbide tool, involves (a) mixing cemented carbide powder, modified powder and dispersant to obtain a modified cemented carbide powder, where the modified powder comprises copper powder, nano-rare earth oxide, graphene, multiwalled carbon nanotubes and silicon carbide whiskers, (b) mixing reactive diluent, oligomer and photoinitiator to obtain a photosensitive resin system, (c) ball-milling the modified cemented carbide powder and photosensitive resin system to obtain a cemented carbide slurry, (d) light-curing printing on the cemented carbide slurry to obtain a cemented carbide tool component, and (e) degreasing and sintering the cemented carbide tool component to obtain the light-cured printed cemented carbide tool. USE - The method is useful for preparing a light-cured printed cemented carbide tool (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple in technique, without mold to prepare hard alloy cutter with complex structure, ad has high forming precision, high surface quality and excellent performance.
