NOVELTY - Recycling lipase in biodiesel involves (a) preparing liquid lipase by taking crude biodiesel after the enzymatic reaction, settling, separating and collecting the lower heavy phase, using composite membrane to absorb the lipase in the heavy phase, and then desorb to obtain liquid lipase; and (b) mixing aminated carbon nanotube carrier and liquid lipase to obtain an immobilized lipase catalyst, where composite membrane has modified polyphenylsulfone ultrafiltration membrane layer and polylactic acid layer, and the polylactic acid layer is covered on the modified polyphenylsulfone ultrafiltration membrane layer. USE - Method for recycling lipase in biodiesel. ADVANTAGE - The method recycles lipase in biodiesel, which has simple operation, improves purity, yield and activity of lipase, and obtains immobilized lipase catalyst with high catalytic efficiency and high selectivity.
