NOVELTY - SMSC composite sheet comprises 25-30 pts. wt. o-benzene unsaturated polyester resin, 3-5 pts. wt. styrene, 6-10 pts. wt. benzene, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. tert-butyl peroxysetrahydrobenzoate, 10-20 pts. wt. glass fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. heat conducting particles, 7-14 pts. wt. conducting fiber, 5- 10 pts. wt. filling agent, 10-20 pts. wt. thickening agent, 1-5 pts. wt. of mold release agent. The heat conducting particles are made of polyethylene glycol-coated modified nano-aluminum oxide, and the heat conducting fibers are carbon fiber. USE - The SMC composite sheet is useful for pig house leakage seam plate, where the SMC is sheet molding material which is sheet-like molding made of polyester resin paste impregnated glass fiber with good strength and toughness and light weight, which can be used for installation of high-layer pig farm. ADVANTAGE - The SMC composite sheet: has good mechanical strength and heat conducting performance; and utilizes the polyethylene glycol coated modified nano-alumina heat conducting particles and the carbon graphene containing carbon fiber that form a heat conducting channel, thus optimizing and adjusting the formulation and preparation method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for preparing SMC composite sheet for pig house leakage seam plate, which involves: 1. dispersing the nanometre aluminium oxide in the polyethylene glycol solution uniformly, and removing the solvent to obtain the polyethylene glycol modified nanometre aluminium oxide; 2. according to the proportion, adding p-benzoquinone into the o-benzene unsaturated polyester resin, uniformly mixing styrene and benzene, continuously adding tert-butyl peroxybenzoate, polyethylene glycol modified nano-aluminium oxide, filling agent thickening and agent, continuously mixing uniformly to obtain polyester resin paste; 3. uniformly mixing the glass fiber and heat conducting fiber using polyester resin paste to dip the mixed fiber, curing and compression moulding to obtain SMC composite sheet.
