▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene thermal bridge material modified polylactic acid phase change energy storage material is made by uniformly mixing grafted graphene and polylactic acid. The mass ratio of grafted graphene to polylactic acid is 8-25:75-92. The grafted graphene comprises 0.2-2 pts. wt. graphite, 5-6 pts. wt. maleic anhydride and 20-30 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol. USE - Graphene thermal bridge material modified polylactic acid phase change energy storage material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene thermal bridge material modified polylactic acid phase change energy storage material improves polylactic acid composites thermal conductivity, and meets special requirements of market for composite materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene thermal bridge material modified polylactic acid phase change energy storage material, which involves: (A) placing specified amount of graphite and maleic anhydride into flask, passing inert gas protection, heating up to 220 degrees C, reacting for 12 hours, placing reaction product in Soxhlet extractor, extracting extract with tetrahydrofuran for 24 hours, and vacuum-drying to obtain functionalized graphene nanosheets; (B) weighing 3-4 pts. wt. functionalized graphene nanosheets into flask containing 200 mL N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), adding 20-30 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, heating up to 80 degrees C, reacting with magnetic stirring for 48 hours, placing obtained reactant in Soxhlet extractor, extracting extract with ethanol for 24 hours, and vacuum-drying to obtain graft-modified graphene; and (C) placing 8-20 pts. wt. grafted graphene and 75-92 pts. wt. polylactic acid powder into planetary ball mill, ball-milling for 40-50 minutes to obtain homogeneously mixed graphene/polylactic acid mixture, and preparing modified graphene/polylactic acid thermally conductive composite material by blending equipment.
