NOVELTY - Method for preparing an organic magnetic composite material involves (a) reacting nano-carbon material, catalyst, biphenyl compound and 4-nitrophthalonitrile in an organic solvent to obtain nano carbon material/phthalonitrile monomer, where the biphenyl compound is a biphenyl compound containing a hydroxyl substituent, (b) reacting the nano-carbon material/phthalonitrile monomer and the magnetic metal salt in a solvent to obtain a magnetic phthalocyanine metal prepolymer, and (c) curing the above-mentioned magnetic phthalocyanine metal prepolymer or their combinations to obtain the product. USE - The method is used for preparing an organic magnetic composite material used as a microwave absorbing material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method realizes the covalent grafting of nano-carbon material and metal phthalocyanine, produces the composite material with high temperature resistance, low density, strong absorption, low frequency, high strength and high modulus. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the organic magnetic composite material prepared by the above-mentioned method is obtained by covalently grafting nano-carbon material and metal phthalocyanine.
