▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The adjustable T-shaped multifunctional device (101-103) has cross-section which is formed by three layers, and composed of graphene, silica and silicon.The main portion is provided with three ports, one of the ports is an input of the electromagnetic wave and two outputs. A graphene resonator is in the form of a disc and is provided with three waveguides. The input waveguide is twice as wide as the output waveguides and the device structure is T-shaped. USE - Graphene-based adjustable T-shaped multifunctional device for terahertz and far infrared regions. ADVANTAGE - The transmission to the output ports is prevented and the Fermi energy of the resonator is reduced.
