NOVELTY - A graphene-nano nickel composite wave-absorbing material is layered nano composite wave-absorbing material containing graphene sheet layer, nano nickel particles having particle diameter of 20-100 nm and loaded on the graphene sheet layer, and polyaniline coated on surface the particles. The graphene-nano nickel composite wave-absorbing material is prepared using graft polymer prepared using methyl methacrylate, glycidyl methacrylate, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate and diethylaminoethyl methacrylate in a ratio of 1:1:2:1. USE - Graphene-nano nickel composite wave-absorbing material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-nano nickel composite wave-absorbing material has excellent absorbing property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-nano nickel composite wave-absorbing material is layered nano composite wave-absorbing material containing graphene sheet layer, nano nickel particles having particle diameter of 20-100 nm and loaded on the graphene sheet layer, and polyaniline coated on surface the particles. The wave-absorbing material is prepared by adding graphite powder having size of 50-200 mesh to 35% hydrochloric acid solution, stirring for 30 minutes, washing with deionized water, drying, adding potassium pentoxide, potassium persulfate and concentrated sulfuric acid, forming mixture, stirring at 60 degrees C for 1-2 hours, heating to 80 degrees C at 5 degrees C/minute, diluting with distilled water, adjusting pH to 6-7, drying at room temperature, stirring for 45-60 minutes, adjusting pH to 2-4, mixture, adding concentrated nitric acid in a mass ratio of 1-4:50-100, stirring, adding potassium permanganate to obtained dry mixture, stirring for 30 minutes, cooling to 12 degrees C, adding potassium permanganate, stirring for 30 minutes, cooling to 15 degrees C, adding potassium permanganate, stirring for 20 minutes, pre-oxidizing, providing obtained product in a muffle furnace, heat-treating at 1100 for 10-20 seconds, 1150 degrees C for 15-20 seconds and 1180 degrees C for 15-20 seconds, obtaining expanded graphite, adding distilled water, reacting for 2.5 hours, heat-preserving at 40 degrees C, adding distilled water and hydrogen peroxide in a volume ratio of 4-20:1, stirring for 10-60 minutes, centrifuging at 8000-10000 rpm, separating, washing with hydrochloric acid solution, dialyzing for 7-8 days, dissolving obtained graphite oxide in dimethyl sulfoxide, adding N-hydroxysuccinimide and surfactant, stirring at 35 degrees C for 2 hours, filtering, washing, drying, mixing obtained surface-treated product and graft polymer in a mass ratio of 1-2:1-3, mixing, heating in nitrogen atmosphere at 80-95 degrees C, adding solution containing tetravalent cerium ion, stirring for 2-4 hours, filtering, washing, drying, lyophilizing at -10 degrees C to 30 degrees C, dispersing in 500 ml ethylene glycol solution of 1-10 g polyethylene oxide-polypropylene oxide-polyethylene oxide triblock copolymer, forming uniform dispersion (a1), mixing 20-40 ml glycol solution of nickel chloride with concentration of 0.1 mol/ml, 6-25 g polyvinylpyrrolidone and 10-50 g ammonium acetate dissolved in 500-1000 mL glycol, forming dispersion (a2), mixing dispersions (a1) and (a2), adjusting pH to 9-11 using aqueous ammonia, placing obtained product in a reactor, heating at 2-4 degrees C/minute and 150 degrees C for 4 hours, -6 degrees C/minute and 200 degrees C for 3 hours, cooling at 5-7 degrees C/minute and 180 degrees C for 2 hours, heating at 3-6 degrees C/minute and 200 degrees C for 7 hours, cooling to room temperature at 3-6 degrees C/minute, centrifuging at 8000-10000 rpm for 10 minutes, separating, washing with ethanol and deionized water, drying at 50-70 degrees C for 24 hours, dispersing 5 g obtained product and 5-10 g in solution of dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid for 65 minutes, adding 3 g ammonium persulfate dissolved in 80-120 ml distilled water, stirring for 15 hours, filtering, washing with distilled water and ethanol, and drying at 50-70 degrees C for 24-36 hours. The mass ratio of dry mixture and potassium permanganate is 1-2:10-15. The graft polymer is prepared using methyl methacrylate, glycidyl methacrylate, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate and diethylaminoethyl methacrylate in a ratio of 1:1:2:1. The mass ratio of graphite powder, potassium persulfate, potassium pentoxide and concentrated sulfuric acid is 1-3:1-2:1-2:5-10.
