NOVELTY - Firecracker nitrate chemical agent comprises 40-60 wt.% passivated cyclotrimethylene trinitramine, 15-30 wt.% nitrified bamboo cellulose, 10-20 wt.% nitroguanidine, 3-7 wt.% modified nano aluminum powder, 3-5 wt.% dimethyl diphenylurea, 2-5 wt.% graphene oxide, and 1-3 wt.% dicyandiamide; the preparation of the modified nano aluminum powder comprises adding the silane coupling agent KH-570 to absolute ethanol in the mass ratio of 1:30, stirring for 30-50 minutes to prepare a coupling agent solution; adding nano aluminum powder to coupling agent solution in the mass ratio of 1:10 under the protection of high-purity argon gas, stirring for 2-3 hours under ultrasonic dispersion, filtering, drying in a vacuum oven at 90-120 degrees C for 3-5 hours, taking it out, and obtaining the modified nano aluminum powder. USE - Used as firecracker nitrate chemical agent. ADVANTAGE - The firecracker nitrate chemical agent: is safe, smoke-free and sulfur-free; has high-sound; can fully guarantees the excellent discharge effect and safety performance; can realizes the environmental protection requirements of smoke-free and sulfur-free, which greatly reduces the environmental pollution and harm to the human body; and is simple to prepare and there are no three waste emissions in preparation process and is suitable for industrial large-scale production of assembly line. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the firecracker nitrate chemical agent comprising (1) passivated cyclotrimethylene trinitramine, nitrified bamboo cellulose, nitroguanidine, modified nano aluminum powder, dimethyl diphenylurea, graphene oxide, and dicyandiamide; (2) dividing the nitrified bamboo cellulose powder into two groups A and B according to the mass ratio of (1-5):10, dissolving the nitrified bamboo cellulose powder of group-A in ethyl acetate in the mass ratio of 1:10, stirring for 2-3 hours under ultrasonic dispersion; continuously adding the dicyandiamide, graphene oxide and dimethyl diphenylurea obtained in the step (1) under stirring, stirring evenly to prepare a nitrified bamboo cellulose mixed solution; (3) adding the passivated cyclotrimethylene trinitramine, nitroguanidine, modified nano aluminum powder obtained obtained in the step (1) and nitrified bamboo cellulose powder of group-A obtained in the step (2) to the nitrified bamboo cellulose mixed solution obtained in the step (2), uniformly mixing and kneading, adding ethyl acetate, and kneading to form uniform glue lump with proper hardness, (4) granulating the uniform glue lump with proper hardness obtained in step (3) with a twin-screw granulator, placing in a cool and ventilated place to dry to semi-dry, transferring to 80-90 degrees C blast oven, drying for 2-3 hours to obtain a crude product of smokeless and sulfur-free firecracker nitrate chemical agent; and (5) lightly crushing the crude product of crude product of smokeless and sulfur-free firecracker nitrate chemical agent obtained in the step (4), passing through a 60 mesh copper sieve to remove sieve residues with too small particles, passing through a 30 mesh copper sieve, taking the sieve residue of 30 mesh copper sieve to obtain firecracker nitrate chemical agent with uniform particles; the judging method of the hardness comprises: pressing the glue lump through 20-mesh copper sieve, the glue lump becomes continuous thin strips and does not stick to each other, and has certain plasticity and tensile strength.
