NOVELTY - Preparing high UV shielding high barrier nanomaterials comprises dispersing amine functionalized graphene nano belt in low density polyethylene substrate to obtain master batch, mixing master batch with low density polyethylene pellets in the ratio of 1:1, extruding and granulating, pressing and cutting to obtain nano material film, the content of nano material film, amine functionalized graphene nano density polyethylene substrate 0.2-1.5 wt.%. USE - The nano material is useful in the field of UV shielding and barrier packaging film.
