NOVELTY - Manufacturing a heat dissipation film comprises forming a metal pattern layer (120) on a metal substrate (110) using a metal paste, filling the space between the metal patterns by coating carbon heat-dissipating particles on the metal pattern layer, applying high temperature and high pressure, and coating the resin paste containing carbon heat dissipation particles. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing the heat dissipation film. ADVANTAGE - The heat dissipation film has excellent heat dissipation properties, and is simple and economical to prepare. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for heat dissipation film, comprising a metal pattern layer including an island-shaped metal pattern formed to be spaced apart from each other on a metal substrate, a carbon heat dissipation particle layer (130) formed by coating the carbon heat dissipation particles to fill the space between the metal patterns, and a protective film (140) formed by coating the resin paste containing carbon radiating particles on the carbon radiating particle layer.
