NOVELTY - Method for the preparation of biomass graphene-spandex composite fiber involves (a) mixing methylene diphenyl diisocyanate and polybutylene glycol in a mixer using a metering pump to obtain a prepolymer, polymerizing the prepolymer with dimethylacetamide to obtain a polymer and adding a textile additive to the polymer to obtain spandex filament stock solution, (b) mixing the spandex filament stock solution with graphene and coupling agent to obtain a spinning mixture, and (c) subjecting the spinning mixture to spinning method to obtain the composite fiber. USE - Method is useful for the preparation of biomass graphene-spandex composite fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables easy, simple and rapid preparation of biomass graphene-spandex composite fiber, and is suitable for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for the preparation of biomass graphene-spandex composite fiber involves (a) mixing methylene diphenyl diisocyanate and polybutylene glycol in a mixer using a metering pump to obtain a prepolymer, polymerizing the prepolymer with dimethylacetamide at 60-90 degrees C to obtain a polymer, where the solid content of the polymer is 6-9% and adding 1-4 %mass a textile additive to the polymer to obtain spandex filament stock solution, (b) mixing the spandex filament stock solution with graphene and coupling agent to obtain a spinning mixture, where the mass ratio of spandex filament stock solution, graphene and coupling agent is 80-90:0.2-1:1-10, and (c) subjecting the spinning mixture to spinning method to obtain the composite fiber.
