NOVELTY - Black, white and black three-layer light-shielding film comprises first light-shielding film, second light-shielding film and third light-shielding film stacked in sequence. The first light-shielding film comprises 30-50 pts. wt. diisocyanate, 5-10 pts. wt. triisocyanate, 80-100 pts. wt. polyol, 3-10 pts. wt. chain extender, 0.1-1 pts. wt. catalyst, 1-3 pts. wt. carboxylated carbon nanotubes, 3-10 pts. wt. amino silicone oil and/or hydroxy silicone oil, 10-40 pts. wt. black filler. The raw materials for preparing the second light-shielding film comprises diisocyanate, polyol, chain extender, catalyst, epoxy resin, acrylic resin and white filler. The raw materials for preparing the third light-shielding film comprises diisocyanate, polypropylene carbonate diol, chain extender, acrylic acid, catalyst and black filler. USE - The film is useful for manufacturing full shading curtain and spinning home textile. ADVANTAGE - The film has excellent moisture permeability and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the film, comprising (1) dehydrating and mixing polyol, epoxy resin, acrylic resin and white filler under vacuum, adding the mixed solution, diisocyanate, polyol, chain extender and catalyst into the twin-screw extruder, and adjusting the temperature of the feeding section of the twin-screw extruder to 100-120℃, where the temperature of the mixing section is 130-150℃, the temperature of the extrusion section is 150-180℃, and the temperature of the machine head is 150-200℃, extruding while reacting, compacting the extruded pellets at 180-220℃, and refining and rolling into film at 140-190℃ to form the second light-shielding film, (2) mixing polyol, diisocyanate, triisocyanate and catalyst, reacting at 50-120℃ for 1-4 hours to form prepolymer, mixing prepolymer, chain extender, carboxylated carbon nanotubes, amino silicone oil and/or hydroxy silicone oil and black filler, polymerizing at 20-180℃ for 2-6 hours, and rolling on one side of the second light-shielding film to form the first light-shielding film, (3) mixing polypropylene carbonate diol, acrylic acid, isocyanate with catalyst, reacting at 50-120℃ for 1-4 hours to form prepolymer, mixing the prepolymer, chain extender and black filler, polymerizing at 20-180℃ for 2-6 hours, and rolling on the other side of the second light-shielding film to form third light-shielding film to obtain the black, white and black three-layer light-shielding film.
