NOVELTY - Reduced graphene oxide-( beta )-cyclodextrin hydrogel adsorbent is a hydrogel formed from cyclodextrin and graphene oxide. USE - Reduced graphene oxide-( beta )-cyclodextrin hydrogel adsorbent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reduced graphene oxide-( beta )-cyclodextrin hydrogel adsorbent is prepared at a low cost by simple method using easily controllable conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing reduced graphene oxide-( beta )-cyclodextrin hydrogel adsorbent, which involves ultrasonically processing graphite oxide solution to prepare graphene oxide, adding beta -cyclodextrin and 25 wt.% aqueous ammonia, stirring at room temperature for 20-40 minutes, adding ascorbic acid, stirring at room temperature for 20-40 minutes to obtain mixed solution, subjecting the mixed solution to a water bath reaction at a temperature of 85-95 degrees C for 10-14 hours, then immersing in ionized water, and changing the water several times.
