NOVELTY - A solvent thermal nitrogen-doped graphene is prepared by using nitrogen containing precursor, carbon tetrachloride and metal potassium, adding carbon into hydrothermal kettle under protection of inert gas, sealing, and heat treating at 160-240 degrees C for 10-12 hours. USE - Method for preparing solvent thermal nitrogen-doped graphene by using nitrogen (claimed) used for fuel battery and metal-air battery area. ADVANTAGE - The product has excellent electricity catalytic oxygen reduction reaction performance. The method is simple, easy and easy for industrialization, and has low equipment requirement and high yield.
