NOVELTY - A graphene paper preparation device comprises substrate table, quartz socket tube, quartz tube, conical electrode, negative high voltage power supply and helium gas source. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene paper comprising placing oxidized graphene paper on substrate table surface, fixing with quartz sleeve, setting oxidized graphite paper and conical electrode tip at distance of 6-8 cm, opening helium gas source, passing through quartz tube at flowrate of 1-3 l/minute for 10 minutes, opening negative high voltage power supply, adjusting voltage to 10-15 V, producing glow discharge plasma, adjusting oxidized graphite paper and conical electrode tip distance to 10.8-15 cm, maintaining helium gas flowrate and voltage for 2-5 seconds, and closing negative high voltage power supply and helium gas sources.
