▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-based carbon paper involves mixing concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid in ratio of 10-20 mL:10-20 mL, soaking a graphite paper in obtained mixed electrolyte, electrochemically oxidizing at 13-17 V for 15-35 minutes, washing resultant paper, drying, and placing obtained graphene oxide carbon paper in hydrazine hydrate to reduce. The ratio of graphite sheet and mixed electrolyte is 1-3 g:20-40 mL. USE - Preparation of graphene-based carbon paper used in manufacture of capacitor and lithium battery material (all claimed), and used as electrode material of supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-based carbon paper with high graphene surface area.
