NOVELTY - High strength multi-layer composite fabric comprises high strength outer layer, barrier layer, adsorption ventilating layer and inner layer. The high strength outer layer comprises 40-60 pts. wt. viscose fibrer, 15-25 pts. wt. basalt fiber and 10-25 pts. wt. aramid fiber. The barrier layer is polypropylene melt non-woven fabric. The adsorption ventilating layer is added with adsorption material. The inner layer comprises 100 pts. wt. cotton fiber, 20-35 pts. wt. hemp fiber and 5-15 pts. wt. terylene fiber. USE - Used as high strength multi-layer composite fabric. ADVANTAGE - The high strength multi-layer composite fabric has large strength, strong anti-tearing ability, excellent flame-retardant and waterproof performance, good ventilation property, and strong wearing comfort simple. The method is simple, easy to operate and suitable for industrial production, and has high economic value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of high strength multi-layer composite fabric, comprising (i) blending viscose fiber, basalt fiber and aramid fiber to obtain 20-50 tex yarn and weaving to obtain high strength outer blank cloth, (ii) placing the high- strength outer blank cloth into a finishing liquid, soaking for 10-30 minutes, drying for 20 hours at 55degreesC and then drying for 60-140 minutes at 85-95degreesC and for 5 minutes at 130-138degreesC and cooling to room temperature to obtain high-strength outer layer, (iii) blending cotton fiber, hemp fiber and terylene fiber into yarn, weaving to obtain the inner layer grey cloth step, (iv) taking the polypropylene melt non-woven fabric with gram weight of 25-45 gm2 as barrier layer grey cloth step, (v) adding the adsorption material to the adhesive and uniformly coating the inner layer grey cloth surface obtained, covering the barrier layer grey cloth, hot- pressing and bonding to obtain intermediate, and (vi) hot pressing and bonding the intermediate barrier layer and the high strength outer layer.
