▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing epoxy resin flame-retarded nanocomposite, comprises: mixing two-dimensional materials, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and deionized water, and dispersing to get a suspension; conducting a first microwave treatment and a second microwave treatment successively on the suspension, to get intercalation organically-modified two-dimensional nanomaterials; mixing an intumescent flame retardant with a silane coupling agent for surface modification, to get a modified intumescent flame retardant; and mechanically blending the intercalation organically-modified two-dimensional nanomaterials, the modified intumescent flame retardant and a mixture of epoxy resin-curing agent, to get the epoxy resin flame-retarded nanocomposite, where the two-dimensional materials comprise any one of e.g. molybdenum disulfide, lamellar graphite, hexagonal boron nitride, graphene, transition metal dichalcogenides, palladium nanosheets, antimonene nanosheets and boron nanosheets. USE - The method is useful for preparing epoxy resin flame-retarded nanocomposite. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the addition amount of the flame retardant and significantly improving the flame retardancy of the intumescent flame retardant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing epoxy resin flame-retarded nanocomposite, comprises: mixing two-dimensional materials, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and deionized water, and dispersing to get a suspension; conducting a first microwave treatment and a second microwave treatment successively on the suspension, to get intercalation organically-modified two-dimensional nanomaterials; mixing an intumescent flame retardant with a silane coupling agent for surface modification, to get a modified intumescent flame retardant; and mechanically blending the intercalation organically-modified two-dimensional nanomaterials, the modified intumescent flame retardant and a mixture of epoxy resin-curing agent, to get the epoxy resin flame-retarded nanocomposite, where the two-dimensional materials comprise any one of molybdenum disulfide, lamellar graphite, hexagonal boron nitride, graphene, transition metal dichalcogenides, transition metal carbides, nitrides, carbonitrides, black phosphorus, layered double hydroxides, two-dimensional metal-organic frameworks, palladium nanosheets, antimonene nanosheets and boron nanosheets. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an epoxy resin flame-retarded nanocomposite prepared by the preparation method.
