▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A peroxidase-like graphene quantum dot comprises red blood cell membrane as a precursor and is prepared by a hydrothermal method. USE - The peroxidase-like graphene quantum dot is used in sensors and for preparing medicine for suppressing tumor growth (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple, and has low energy consumption, time saving, and high catalytic efficiency. Compared with the existing technology, the method uses biomass as a raw material, and only one-step carbonization to obtain graphene quantum dots with high peroxidase activity, which is safer than other existing peroxidases, and the quantum dots have stronger enzymatic activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the peroxidase-like graphene quantum dot comprising (S1) centrifuging the whole blood, washing with pre-cooled phosphate buffer to obtain pure red blood cells, hemolyzing the red blood cells and centrifuging to obtain red blood cell membranes, and (S2) dispersing the red blood cell membrane obtained in step (S1) in deionized water, treating ultrasonically to obtain a dispersion, placing the dispersion in a hydrothermal reaction device, performing a hydrothermal reaction at 180-220℃ for 15-25 hours, cooling to room temperature, sonicating and collecting the supernatant, and freeze-drying the supernatant to obtain the peroxidase-like graphene quantum dots.
