NOVELTY - Plastic product comprises 36-45 pts. wt. PVC, 25-32 pts. wt. filler, 14-19 pts. wt. modifier, 3-7 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, 1-5 pts. wt. coloring agent and 0.7-1.5 pts. wt. lubricant. USE - As plastic product. ADVANTAGE - The plastic product has high-strength and excellent antibacterial performance, exhibits synergistic effect, endows plastic with highly effective bactericidal and antibacterial properties, and enhances the compatibility and binding effect between components. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing plastic product, involving (a) dispersing tetrabutyl titanate in aqueous solution, adding hydrogen peroxide and lithium hydroxide solution, uniformly stirring, heating at 100-110 degrees C, reacting, and filtering to obtain substance (A), annealing obtained substance (A), adding acetic acid solution until the pH is 6.8-7.2, washing and drying, adding nitric acid solution, increasing the temperature to 215-225 degrees C, and reacting to obtain titanium dioxide nanowire, dissolving titanium dioxide nanowires in absolute ethanol, uniformly stirring, heating at 90-100 degrees C, adding nano-silver particles and silane solution, and uniformly stirring to obtain antibacterial agent, (b) uniformly mixing diethylene glycol and adipic acid, uniformly stirring, adding concentrated sulfuric acid, heating at 215-225 degrees C, maintaining pressure, reacting, cooling, adding epoxidized soybean oil and tetrafluoroborate, heating at 115-125 degrees C, maintaining nitrogen pressure, cooling to room temperature, and preparing modifier, (c) uniformly mixing polyvinyl chloride and modifier, increasing the temperature to 175-185 degrees C, uniformly stirring, maintaining constant temperature, adding filler, coloring agent and lubricant, uniformly stirring at high speed, extruding, granulating and pressing molten liquid using twin-screw extruder to obtain plastic plate substrate, and (d) removing plastic plate substrate, concentrated sulfuric acid and deionized water, dipping in etching solution, taking out plastic plate base material, drying, uniformly coating antibacterial agent and curing solution on surface of plastic plate base material, and curing to obtain plastic product.
