NOVELTY - The device has a machine frame (3) whose upper portion is connected with a working table (4). The machine frame is provided with a bonding system for bonding a carbon fiber cloth and a graphene elastic cloth. A lower portion of the bonding system is set with a bearing separating system for carrying the graphene elastic cloth and separating the carbon fiber cloth. First electric slide rail is connected with a pressing system. Second electric slide rail is fixedly connected with a bottom plate (101). USE - Raw material production device for a suspended bonding reinforced carbon fiber fishing rod. ADVANTAGE - The device improves performance of the carbon fiber cloth for manufacturing the fishing rod, and reinforces bonding strength of the carbon fiber cloth and the graphene elastic cloth by the suspension bonding mechanism, while solving cloth wrinkle problems in the bonding process, and improving subsequent bonding cloth material uniformity without causing stress concentration points.
