NOVELTY - Full-hydrophobe graphene oxide separation film, comprises base film, and a separation layer composed of a reduction oxidation graphene (rGO) nano-sheet loaded on the base film, where the surface of the reduction-oxidation graphene nano-sheet is modified with a fluorine-containing silane, and the separation layer is distributed with nano-pores with an average size of less than 5 nm, The water drop contact angle of the separation layer is 100-170°. USE - Full-hydrophobe graphene oxide separation film is used for membrane separation distillation dehydration(claimed). ADVANTAGE - The full-hydrophobe graphene oxide separation film has excellent water flux and salt rejection rate, and reduces the wetting phenomenon caused by low surface energy pollutant in the feeding of film distillation process. The plasma auxiliary preparation strategy improves the water flux of the graphene film, salt and anti-wetting property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the graphene oxide separation membrane,involves(1) preparing dispersion liquid of the oxidized graphene nano sheet;(2) vacuum pumping the dispersion liquid to load and dry the surface of the base film graphene,(3)performing plasma modifying treatment to dried film; (4) soaking plasma modified film into solution containing fluorine-containing silane to carry out the grafting reaction, after the reaction, performing thermal reduction treatment.
