NOVELTY - Nafion/glucose oxidase/graphene oxide/nano porous platinum electrode is prepared by electrochemical corrosion of nafion/glucose oxidase/graphene oxide/nano porous platinum electrode, forming surface of platinum wire with nano porous structure, obtaining nano porous platinum electrode, taking obtained nano-porous platinum electrode as working electrode, platinum wire electrode as counter electrode, silver/silver chloride electrode as reference electrode, soaking into ultrasonic treatment of graphene oxide aqueous solution, using cyclic voltammetry to deposit graphene oxide on surface of nano porous platinum electrode, preparing graphene oxide/nano porous platinum electrode, soaking obtained graphene oxide/nano-porous platinum electrode in phosphate-buffered saline solution of glucose oxidase at 0-4 degrees C, fixing glucose oxidase on electrode to obtain glucose oxidase/graphene oxide/nano porous platinum electrode, coating and drying. USE - The method is useful in detecting glucose in plant body. ADVANTAGE - The electrode has convenient operation, low cost, low detection limit, high test sensitivity, accuracy, reproducibility, good repeatability and good stability.
