▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves taking the product after the oxidation is finished as the sample, introducing in the sampling bottle, carrying out solid-liquid separation on the sample to remove the supernatant, stirring the lower layer precipitate to be uniform and waiting for sample preparation, preparing the sample processed into semi-transparent shape to obtain the film-shaped sample, photographing the film shaped sample, obtaining the sample photo, and using ImageJ software to process the value of the%Area item in the binarized picture, namely the content of the black particle in the graphene process. USE - Method for quantitatively detecting the content of black particles in the oxidation process graphene. Uses include but are not limited to graphene oxide, graphene nitride, graphene sulfide, graphene carbonate, graphene silicate and graphene sulfate. ADVANTAGE - The method has fast sample preparation and strong timeliness; using ImageJ software to process the shot photo, result digitalization, judging according to more intuitive and reliable. The method can monitor the preparation process of the oxidized graphene. The material, chemical, biological medicine, computer and other fields help the scientific research personnel to finish the image processing, statistical analysis and auxiliary decision, greatly improving the working efficiency, reducing the manual error, and improving the reliability of the result. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart illustrating the method for quantitatively detecting content of black particles in oxidation process graphene (Drawing includes non-English language text).
