ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare waterproof coiled material special graphene masterbatch with good dispersivity and waterproof and corrosion resistance properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing waterproof coiled material special graphene masterbatch involves forming graphene oxide by Hummers method. The flask is placed on ice bath. Flask is added with 98% concentrated sulfuric acid that is cooled below 0 degrees C. The obtained mixture is added with sodium nitrate under the mechanical stirring. The obtained mixture is added with potassium perchlorate and graphite powder slowly. The obtained mixture is added with potassium permanganate. The obtained mixture is stirred for 2-24 hours on ultrasonic machine at room temperature. The obtained mixture is poured in deionized water. The obtained mixture is centrifugally separated. The obtained mixture is washed, and then dried to obtain oxidized graphite. The obtained mixture is added with potassium permanganate, to avoid over-temperature in the flask, generally controlled at 25 degrees C or less. The mass ratio of the graphite and water is 40:1. The obtained mixture is centrifuged with the rotation speed of 6000 to 10000r r/min. The obtained mixture is washed for 3 times using 5% hydrochloric acid and deionized water. The obtained mixture is dried in a vacuum in drying box at 50-60 degrees C. Nano graphene is prepared by adding graphene oxide into deionized water. The obtained mixture is added with zinc nitrate. The obtained mixture is mechanically stirred. The mixed solution is poured in a stainless steel reaction kettle. The hydrothermal reaction is carried out at 110-180 degrees C for 0.5-24 hours. The obtained mixture is cooled to room temperature. The obtained mixture is washed with deionized water for 3-5 times. The obtained product is dried at 50-60 degrees C. The obtained graphene oxide/zinc oxide is put in an infrared vacuum oven at 500-800 degrees C for 10-15 seconds. The waterproof coiled material special graphene masterbatch is prepare by mixing graphene oxide/zinc oxide, ethylene-octylene copolymer, dispersant, antioxidant, heat stabilizer and light stabilizer. The obtained mixture is extruded in a twin-screw extruder.
