▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Conductive coating comprises: N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinked layer; and 2-6 pts. wt. porous ceramics, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene, 45-60 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 4-8 pts. wt. dispersant, 5-9 pts. wt. thickener, 1-3 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.5-3 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and 20-40 pts. wt. solvent as conductive layer. USE - Used as conductive coating. ADVANTAGE - The conductive coating: utilizes graphene as conductive layer, which is cheaper than silver conductive paste; and utilizes N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinked layer, which has better bonding with graphene on the surface of the ceramic substrate, and thus solves adhesion problem of graphene on the surface of the substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the conductive coating, comprising (i) coating crosslinked layer and conductive layer on substrate sequentially, and performing curing treatment, and (ii) coating crosslinked layer and conductive layer on the conductive layer sequentially, then curing and then repeating step (ii) to obtain conductive coating.
