USE - The method is useful for stabilizing double-strand DNA. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures simple and economical stabilization of the double-strand DNA with better water solubility and dispersibility, effectively reduces or eliminates the enzyme digestion effect of multiple biological enzymes such as non-restriction endonuclease, exonuclease and restriction endonuclease enzyme on the double-strand DNA, and does not require the special modification such as silicon nanoparticles or silicon nanotubes.
